Hi, I'm Connie

Bio Pic (1).jpg

My journey with limbic system impairment began many years ago with chronic mold exposure and a lot of on-going constant stressors. In the course of a few years, I went from leading an active, normal life to the depths of chronic illness. I spent many years going from doctor to doctor trying to figure out what was wrong with me and how to heal.

Over the course of those years, I racked up a long list of diagnoses and symptoms: CIRS or mold illness, CFS/ME, MCS, light, sound, heat and food sensitivities, migraines, dysautonomia and many other debilitating symptoms.

Due to this long list of disabling symptoms, I was unable to take care of myself and was forced to close my chiropractic business, sell my home and move in with family. Even though I was practicing the extreme mold avoidance that had been recommended by doctors, I continued to spiral downward and add more conditions to my growing list of ailments.

Thankfully this all changed when I was introduced to neuroplasticity and the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS). Rewiring my limbic system and calming my brain’s stress response allowed my nervous system and body to get back into balance and my symptoms started to slowly recede. Once I regained my health, I began coaching others in using neuroplasticity to recover from chronic illness. I have been guiding others in the process of rewiring the brain and nervous system since 2018 and am passionate about helping others heal. It truly makes my heart happy to help others learn the tools they need to recover and get their lives back.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, volunteering at Mostly Mutts, traveling, reading, watching beach volleyball, goofing off with friends and savoring the little things in life.

On the road to recovery it is great, if not essential, to have someone as guide who has lived it, knows every detour, every pothole, every switchback and every dead end.  Connie has been there and is a phenomenal coach.
